In layperson's terms, what do you do in your position? What is the mission of your company? What is your education and where did you receive it? Who and what inspired you to follow your career? What skills are necessary for your position? What has been your favorite project? What's special about being in your profession? What advice do you have for those interested in your field? What new directions do you see your industry taking? The answers to these questions are due two weeks after the interviewee receives them.
