Wondering if anyone knows some very SQL resources for someone that is self-learning. Open to most anything, but I find that most of the sites I've been to are either too general (not good examples of application usage) or too specific. I just want to learn the language so I can learn more about APIs. So where should I start for learning SQL, even if it's a good Dummies book!?!?

Hi Damian,
Check out these great suggestions from the LinkedIn SQA group!
"Kenneth Ruskin • I find the O'Reilly "...in a Nutshell" books to be generally very good."
"Angelos Mavrogiannakis • I found this on line tutorial very good for beginners.

Also I found extremely usefull joining a Library and check their on line book catalog. SQL is very popular and usually I find at least 5-6 books for every level there.
Good luck."
