Those of you running or working in a small company: How do you handle your email? Shared servers? Google? Private hosting? Self-hosted? I'm trying to get a sense for the preferred solutions although of course there is no uniform answer for everyone and it depends on risk appetite, cost, speed requirements, and data integrity concerns. But any strong experiences about what has worked for you and what has not worked for you would be quite helpful.
