Hi Krystle. Welcome to ELFS! Sounds like you have a really fun and dynamic role, but it's really challenging when you're going to school full time, too. Thanks for the bug report...that ampersand one was on my list but I forgot about it!

Think there is some weird error in code under the Education, accomplishments, other stuff I'm proud of... section.
R&D shows up as R&D..... Not expert in that field but interesting none the less!
