Hi all. I need some help with a warpage problem:
When the container is filled with lubricant product and shrink wrapped warpage occurs. What could be the reason for this? Is it because of the induced stress on the container by the shrink or else?
What should I check in order to solve this issue?

Hmm, i've seen a bottle (type 2 plastic ~ says PE below the 2) that was thin walled pucker and warp when filled with an incompatible chemical agent.
in this case the container was full of an organic solvent - it appears that the chemical evaporated through the walls of the bottle. when it was empty the puckering went away.
i would check 1) chemical compatibility of the material 2) see if it happens when it's not shrin-wrapped and if it is shrink wrapped but empty and maybe full of water.
those things should isolate wether it's a chemical or mechanical issue IMHO
