I love this concept of front loading your schedule. It's basically using a risk management methodology to identify priorities and move them to the front of the queue. And that can be done relatively quickly with some practice, although the key is to practice it and not give up. Once it's a part of your routine, work out the ways to optimize it and ensure to apply principles of continuous improvement. Maybe with a little prioritization, we can all use our time a little more wisely.
