Most engineers I've worked with are either very creative but lack followthrough, or extremely task oriented but have trouble getting outside the box. There have been notorious exceptions, and those engineers have inspired me in my own path. So how does one master being a innovative executioner? Well maybe that's not a great name for it, but I kinda like it.
