I decided to start writing blogs about my experience in engineering mainly due to the funny stories I've experienced. Being a female in engineering is sometimes tough due to preconceptions and being treated unfairly but most of the time rewarding, interesting and fun. I've managed so far to have a good career to date and hope my experiences will give a realistic view of what it's like to probably be the only female in your work environment and tips for getting along in it.
