I purchased a used Neslab HX+300 chiller.  It is a water cooled chiller (it uses a water source and not the air as a cold sink)

On arrival, it did not power up and I do not have the time to figure out what is wrong with it.  I suspect the system works, but the controls will need some TLC.

It is free to a good home
